walen Posted August 9, 2015 Report Share Posted August 9, 2015 (edited) Zastanów się też nad diodą między drainem a sourcem tranzystora, pomoże go ochronić przed skokami napięcia. Schemat, który znalazłem w sieci ( http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/topic/196370-everything-you-need-to-know-about-mosfets/ ) polecał diodę 5KP18A. I zamiast opornika 30k można wstawić mniejszy, np 2.2k. Poza tym schemat jest ok, będzie działało. Edited August 9, 2015 by walen Quote Link to post Share on other sites
