I am a woodland paintball player, and have bought a Pantera outfit (trousers, jacket, and bush hat) made by Helikon. I certainly would prefer playing Airsoft, but I live in Germany, and the legal situation here is problematical. Anyway, I would love to wear Polish Army patches with the outfit, but somehow I haven't found any place that is selling them. The jacket has 3x7 cm velcro patches on both sleeves, and two 2x12 cm velcro patches on the chest. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me to a shop where I can get the patches I need. You can find them almoust in every our online airsoft shops. In general our soliders wear flags on both of the sleeves, patch of their unit on left sleeve and patch of the mission they are on (if they are on one) on right sleeve. The velcro on the chest is for namepatch (worn on the right one). I think nothing is worn on the left, chest velcro - it's here becouse Helikon's uniform is actually a copy of TCU uniform just made in polish camouflage "pantera". Almoust EVERY Polish man and women might ask you why you are wearing them. Be careful with your answers :) 2. Because, in Germany Airsoft legal situation is problematical Germans are playing it going to Szczecin (Stetin) or other near German border areas in Poland or as I have heard in Holland. mer Posted January 6, 2012 Report Share Posted January 6, 2012 Hi DrJohn, If you are having problems with processing payment and/or getting your items shipped to Germany, you can always use British eBay (believe it or not they do sell Polish Army patches, not a great range but they do have them). Just type in 'polish flag patch' in the search box and that should do it. Good thing about eBay is that sellers do specify whether they ship outside their home country. On the contrary, everyone here in Germany wears Flecktarn for woodland paintball; therefore, it is very special that I am wearing a Polish camouflage outfit. I want to honor where it comes from by wearing the flag patches. concerning 2. Yes, I have heard of it, and maybe this might be an option when I am tired of woodland paintball. At the moment, I am happy enough with it. I have started playing last summer, so I am relatively fresh to the game (although I am an "older guy" at age 37) Airsoft isn't illegal per se in Germany, but there are so many restrictions, playing areas are harrassed by the authorities and closed down, that you cannot really enjoy airsoft in Germany. I believe the authorities don't tolerate something that seems like playing war, and try to ban it as much as possible. Paintball isn't harrassed as much, as the paintballers managed to sell what they are doing as sport to the public. It has a much wider acceptance in the general public, but after some schoolkid shot a couple of people some years back, the politicians tried to ban even paintball - the idea wasn't successful so far, fortunately.
